Tropical Coral Reef Course 2017

A11CR MSc tropical coral reef course 2016/17, Bidong Island, Malaysia.
The course is fully credited option for our Marine, Environment and Climate Change MSc programmes (http://www.hw.ac.uk/marinemsc)
Students received training in coral reef ecology and management in the context of climate change and other anthropogenic pressures. Relevant surveying and scientific diving skills were acquired, as well as an appreciation of the wider cultural and socio-economic significance of coral reef systems. Staff and students were hosted by colleagues at University Malaysia Tenrengganu.
